AGALLOCH
AGALLOCH
Of Stone, Wind And Pillar
(The End Records)
28:02min

This MCD contains an unreleased 3 song 7" from 1998, a cover version of 'Kneel To The Cross' by SOL INVICTUS and an exclusive neo-classical piece by Breyer. AGALLOCH sometimes is kinda Black Metal (vocals) with acoustic parts (guitar, piano, keyboards) and some sort of Epic Metal electric guitar parts (a bit like LORDIAN GUARD, the new project of WARLORD's guitar player). Sometimes this one reminds me of epic/acoustic BATHORY. "Of Stone..." is a beautiful piece of melancholic, obviously "Pagan" music and definitely worth checking out (if you can't or don't want go thrashing around in your room all the time). But beware: because of a hidden "track" (just some noise after a pause), this CD is actually not even 24 minutes long! www.theendrecords.com
