ARMY OF DARKNESS
ARMY OF DARKNESS
Four Days In Hell
(self-financed)
19:08min

From the pits of San Bernardino / Los Angeles area it's ARMY OF DARKNESS! I like this band and that they have a firm grasp in the late '80s Death / Speed / Thrash styles that made bands like INSANITY (SF), POSSESSED, DARK ANGEL, SLAYER etc. household names. The track list on this demo is as follows: 'Possessed', 'Trauma', 'Army Of Darkness' and 'Torture'. Four songs of raging devil fire mayhem absolutely worthy of your attention and your support. The only drawbacks of this demo here is the backseat the lead guitar work and the vocals have taken to this recording. Often buried completely in the mix. Sickening in some points too 'cuz the leads just rip and to have them fade in and out during each song just makes my stomach turn. The other issue with this demo are strong clear shouted vocals. That in my opinion really make this demo stand out on its own, and definitely cooler than many others who attempt this style and who would opt to bark into the mic instead. These clear vocals on "Four Days In Hell " should be heard! And they are virtually non-existent! Contact: metaldude666714@aol.com or www.myspace.com/armyofdarkness
