CAPILLA ARDIENTE
CAPILLA ARDIENTE
Solve Et Coagula
(Northern Silence Productions / Eyes Like Snow)
24:10min

Maybe its a little exaggeration but Voices From The Darkside is in some way one of the last shrines of the once brave heroes of extreme Metal. Heroes who fought their battles in the early 80 / 90s without nearly any support from big record labels or massive internet campaigns. But even if these times are long gone these pure motives are still valid and every true follower is still warmly welcome here! With CAPILLA ARDIENTE a powerful old school band is descending from the mighty Chilean mountains. The band is presenting two epic tracks of Doom Metal with strong connections to the extraordinary league of Danish Heavy Metal. But what makes this MCD so fucking great, next to the outstanding vocals and guitars, is the extreme diversity of styles! Each track is offering so many fascinating layers supported by a creeping atmosphere that you can only light a candle and offer your sacrifices to the mighty Metal god. The great distance between Europe and South America is for sure one reason for the special character of "Solve Et Coagula" because I'm really lacking of any adequate European counterpart. Since the recording in early 2009 the two tracks had been self-released by the band and also re-released via High Roller Records (on good old vinyl) which proves once more the quality of this material. If you have your own altar of true Metal in your house / apartment / castle or wooden cabin you can't survive any further day without this release.
