CONDITION CRITICAL
CONDITION CRITICAL
Bred To Kill
(self-financed)

To thrash or not to thrash? That's the question for many of us but not for this frenzied sounding 4-piece New Jersey Thrash Metal combo named DEMOLITION HAMMER JR - eh, I meant to say CONDITION CRITICAL. The CONDITION CRITICAL camp has been thrashing their way into the heart of Metal since 2010 - and obviously they have even done a pretty good job at that because of getting nicknamed as DEMOLITION HAMMER JR. Well, in fact one can hear similar elements in CONDITION CRITICAL's sound that made DEMOLITION HAMMER's deathly Thrash Metal so enjoyable back in the day. CONDITION CRITICAL also plays the kind of brutal Thrash Metal, which DEMOLITION HAMMER became known for when they still existed and ruled (well, they still do rule through their past releases). Vocalist Sam Agnew's very fitting Thrash Metal growls, give an even more brutal edge to the band's sound. The guys don't hide their SLAYER influences anywhere either; a song called 'Self-Mutilation Ritual' has lotsa similar riffing in it that undoubtedly yet so securely even, throws our eyes toward SLAYER's direction - solo-wise particularly. Also, what I also consider a definite plus for CONDITION CRITICAL, is a very audible bass sound on this 4-track recording that truly adds that extra punch of perfection into their songs, making CONDITION CRITICAL's sound heavier and overall just more mean sounding. "Bred To Kill" is more than just a promising demo - and even greater thing is the band is currently working with their debut album, which I am dying to hear already. Expect no less but brutal and heavy in-yer-face Thrash Metal from these fellows from New Jersey. More information at www.facebook.com/conditioncriticalnj
