Formed just in 2016, the debut album of this brutal yet melodic Death Metal band from Slovakia is a quite good album. Although based in the foundations of Death Metal of the extreme and brutal form, with low deep growling vocals, it has much more depth in their music and the melody is always present. A melody that reminds me of some of the great bands of the Dutch scene of the 90s like PHLEBOTOMIZED, ASPHYX or BEYOND BELIEF, although with a sinister sense more akin to CANNIBAL CORPSE, INCANTATION and DEICIDE. Not exactly what I will call technical, but the songs have some sort of a more elaborated composition, a bit in the Tucker era MORBID ANGEL with a more direct approach. The production also is right on the spot as the drums have a natural sound rather than being abused with triggers and things like that. And they are able to come up with some memorable riffs like it can be experienced in the song 'Manipulation'. For a band that has been formed a few years ago, this is without a doubt a killer debut album that followers of true Death Metal cannot miss. I can only foresee great things for this band in the future. www.facebook.com/constans-compromissum-1917304478482345, www.supug.cz
