ERED
ERED
Incarnated Horror
(Grotesque Productions)
24:05min

ERED from Spain already convinced me with their last promo CD but what they deliver with this new MCD called "Incarnated Horror" is simply amazing. The included 5 songs ERED are presenting us are melodic Black / Death Metal songs in the vein of NECROPHOBIC to compare it to at least one band. It's tough to create something really own these days and ERED are for sure not an original band. It's Black / Death Metal, it's vocals, 2 guitars, bass and drums so what do you expect? From my point of view you can't really expect something totally original these days anymore, but what you can request is solid quality music which is the case for each fuckin' type of music. And that's exactly what you get here and even more. Well, despite the short playing time! The songs turned out really great and have this evil atmosphere which I can only bring in one line with NECROPHOBIC. As I know that their guitarplayer Llorenc is a huge fan of them I'm sure he won't complain. Next to the great songs the production is very good and this makes this melodic fast brand of intensity even more enjoyable. Music like this does not work that good with a mediocre sound if you ask me. But as I said, that's not the case here and I want to keep it short and can only advice all of you out there to buy this fine little piece of melodic blackish Death Metal and to support this Spanish band as they really deserves it!
