GRIM FORCE
GRIM FORCE
Circulation To Conclusion
(World Chaos Production)
32:07min

Yes, some more raging old school thrash for your ears all the way from the land of the rising sun! Grim Force are a bit more controled and catchy in direct comparison to their labelmates Terror Squad but nevertheless manage to deliver the goods the way it needs to be all throughout their first (?) album "Circulation To Conclusion". These guys have some ex-Ritual Carnage members in their ranks and also a female bass player full of energy, whereas musically, this is a cool mixture of straigh forward '80s thrash metal in the finest Bay Area tradition mixed with a lot of groovin'-mosh passages and some quite melodic riffing. Actually some of their newer material (which I experienced in a live situation) got me some hints of Arch Enemy as well, but I guess we will see and hear better whenever their next album gets released. Another cool album out through World Chaos Production that fully deserves your metal support!
