HELLSODOMY
HELLSODOMY
Chaostorm
(Go Fuck Yourself Productions)
34:43min

Turkish warriors of HELLSODOMY from Kadiköy are active since 2011 and after a demo release and an EP, they finally unleash their first little bastard in form of "Chaostorm" these days. Their style is groovy old school US-styled Death Metal in the vein of DEICIDE, MORBID ANGEL or even CANNIBAL CORPSE but with a real prize of Thrash Metal in their sound. With funny hellish sounding nicknames, the four-piece delivers some solid satanic tunes. The opener 'Sinister Force' is the first punch in the face and shows their fine songwriting and instrumentation. Obviously, the band delivers nothing new and apart from the above mentioned bands, they often remember me of KRISIUN but surely in a positive way. Their songs are groovy, with powerful drumming consisting of fine blast-beats and cool double-bass attacks, hellish grunts and nice lead melodies here and there and some really killing solos. Song names like 'Mazochistic Molestation', 'Menstruation Blood On The Pentagram' or 'Keepers And Sinners Of The Grave' really give a hint what to expect and the titles fit perfect to their hellish tunes. Musicwise the guys are really talented and deliver some well-written stuff which is also well-produced and very powerful, rounded off by a fitting front cover. Surely nothing new musicwise but really cool and diverting tunes. These guys really seem to be the next bigger Turkish force and fans of the above mentioned bands should check these grave mutilators out via the following sources: www.facebook.com/pages/hellsodomy/569367066441105, www.gfyp.de
