HORNED ALMIGHTY
HORNED ALMIGHTY
Black Metal Jesus
(Infernus Rex)
33:19min

Uncompromising, raw and straight Black Metal this Danish trio offers and fans of DARKTHRONE, CARPATHIAN FOREST or IMPALED NAZARENE should like it instantly. Fast, morbid, sometimes almost rocking primitive Black Metal songs sublimated with hateful, possessed screams and song titles that let a good dose of humour shine through (e.g. 'Satanic Fatherland', 'Desecrate The World' or 'Black Metal Jesus'). Of course this is not a joke band, but a direct and enthusiastic attack at everything holy and pure and thus really good! The level of innovation equals zero, but quality and variability of the song writing as well as the excellent raw production should satisfy anyone devoted to old school Black Metal in the early to mid 90s vein. Hellish piece of Metal for all foes of modernization, bombast and pointless blast orgies! Visit www.infernusrex.com for MP3s, ordering info and hornedalmighty.cjb.net for more info on the band.
