INVERACITY
INVERACITY
Circle Of Perversion
(Unmatched Brutality Records)
28:10min

If you should have a problem with totally unoriginal bands stop reading now, because the Greek brutal Death Metal band INVERACITY's first album contains absolutely un-innovative SUFFOCATION, DISAVOWED, SEVER TORTURE like music that you've heard a thousand times, but nonetheless this CD stays a good buy and whoever digs traditional brutal Death Metal should support this act. INVERACITY deliver an honest, skilled and straight performance, play with the right feeling and intensity and one feels like forgiving them their unoriginal stylistic direction. The riffs, the vocals, drumming, everything will remind you of something else, but it does not ruin this album, it stays as solid and driving as its various inspirations and in times like these where originality is hard to find, quality counts! The production is excellent, the tempo gets skilfully varied from blasting speed to crushing mid-tempo heaviness and altogether "Circle Of Perversion" is a rousing CD, a powerful, brutal and elaborated work serving numerous musical and lyrical clichés that do not affect its entertaining factor at all! Check the MP3 on www.unmatchedbrutality.com or at the band's webhome www.inveracity.cjb.net, I bet you won't regret it...
