Decay Into Inferior Conditions

There is no need to introduce MASTER here on our site as Paul Speckmann is a true legend and has one of the longest running bands ever. So this is reason enough to release some live tracks of his band and the four tracks recorded during a show in 2016 in Helsinki showcase the guys in a pretty good shape. The opening track 'Master‘ is a real classic and still kicks ass with its Hardcore / Grind vibe. 'Subdue The Politician‘ from their last album "An Epiphany Of Hate“ is also a good track and still proofs that the band is able to write proper Death Metal and is able to make some serious noise live. With 'All We've Become‘ and 'Slaves To Society‘ the total four tracks contributed by MASTER give a good overview about their releases over the last 25 years and that MASTER is still a force to count on. More interesting for me was to get introduced to DEHUMAN from Belgium and their three tracks recorded live in Brussels in 2017. The first track 'Morbid Sun‘, which seems to be an unreleased track up to now, is really groovy and OBITUARY comes straight into my mind, having a side project with mighty SUFFOCATION. Their old school US-styled Death Metal is very groovy and fine and really makes me hunger for more. 'Sepulcher Of Malevolence‘ is another fine track which was by the way the opener of their last album "Graveyard Of Eden“. It also comes up with tight guitars, brutal drumming and excellent vocals. 'Apocalypse And Perdition' is a bit more brutal but again a good and harder version of OBITUARY. Honestly, most of the live albums are superfluous as I prefer to listen to the real albums or experience the bands live myself but the sound of this release is quite fine and powerful and fans of the bands might be interested in completing their collections with this release.,,
