This is the second release of this Malaysian band, as the extension to their debut demo entitled "Dead Rougayah". I'm still curious why these guys are so obvious with Rougayah (for information, Rougayah is a traditional name for a Malayan women - and it sound totally old school!). They got four tracks of melodic Death / Thrashing Metal. The intro of the first song 'With Night We Rise' really reminds me of SLAYER, again in the second song 'Heavenly Sin', the chorus is totally Thrash!! But in the third song, 'After Us', the solo even reminds me of IRON MAIDEN or maybe I could also say, Children Of Bodom! On the melodic side, these guys also take the inspiration from bands like At The Gates and Amorphis. Nightshaders isn't totally a Thrash Metal band but if you think The Haunted is Thrash Metal, so this is also thrash! www.myspace.com/nightshaders
