NUCLEAR AGGRESSOR
NUCLEAR AGGRESSOR
Condemned To Rot
(Punishment 18 Records)
29:49min

Aggressiveness and filthiness knows no boundaries, I see. Starting out as VIOLENT ASSAULT in 2006, this Italian blackened Thrash Metal bunch continued under the NUCLEAR AGGRESSOR moniker in 2010 after VIOLENT ASSAULT was officially proclaimed dead. After a bunch of demo, EP and split releases the guys finally found a home in Punishment 18 Records, welcoming and adding NUCLEAR AGGRESSOR to their current roster. Musically we really don't have anything new here under the darkening sky but the again, re-inventing something that doesn't necessarily need any re-invention treatment at all but should be left the way it is, and henec no apologies should be in order either. NUCLEAR AGGRESSOR blast out their 10 songs under a half hour, keeping their songs short but blood-thirsty murderous enough - to get some heads chopped off by their blistering Thrash Metal assault, where such Black / Thrash forces as EXUMER, KREATOR, DESTRUCTION, MINOTAUR and other - basically Teutonic sounding Thrash legions, have all started from. NUCLEAR AGGRESSOR are just packed with lots of intensity, viciousness and true mentality to meet all the immediate needs of 80s loving fans of (German) Thrash Metal. This is also kind of demo standard release production wise but I guess that's how the band also wanted it to be originally, just to gain a bit more credibility for themselves in sense of staying loyal to their roots, I guess. If you are a fan of a strongly old school smelling Thrash Metal, then here's definitely something your liking.
