NUNSLAUGHTER, masters of the Devil's Metal are back! Sure, they weren't gone, and actually it's hard to point any other Metal band which has such a big discography and which is so active, but "Angelic Dread" is their first full length release in seven years. This new dose of pure "NUNSLAUGHTER Metal" is available as the double CD or double LP package where the first disc includes 15 brand new tracks, and second one includes 16 re-recorded tracks, known from various single and split releases. Don and his friends did again in what they are the best: delivering old school, evil and dirty Death Metal, based on classic rhythm patterns (headbanging!), evil sounding yet very emotional vocal lines, and awesome riffs that sound like taken from the '80s. It's also worth mentioning, that "Angelic Dread" sounds truly great: the sound is very organic and natural, without being too modern. And that's really awesome, as these days many Death Metal acts sound very generic and simialr to each other, with these ultra brutal rhythm guitars and machine gun kind of drumming. NUNSLAUGHTER has an own identity, and own style. How to describe "Angelic Dread" in one sentence? Actually it will be easy: "probably the best Death Metal album of 2014 - at least so far!".
