TERRORDOME
We'll Show You Bosch, Mitch!
(Defense Records)

This band was formed back in 2005 in Poland and since the beginning they have been playing the same brand of Thrash / Hardcore or Crossover if you will. They are sounding like D.R.I. in their more metallic days, and have bits of Thrash like ANTHRAX, S.O.D., NUCLEAR ASSAULT and the more metallic Hardcore bands like CRUMBSUCKERS, CRO-MAGS and the likes. This is a compilation of songs from their previous works, some live songs and covers. The studio songs are well done, have a good production and yes, the band plays with a lot of energy. Although at times their titles make them to be too funny for their own good, they do not sound that much like fun Thrash bands. The vocals are more in the Hardcore vein, reminding me a bit of SICK OF IT ALL at times. At the end you know this or that riff sounds like something you have heard before... The live recordings are just OK, one can feel they have fun and enjoy playing, and they also show some good riffs like in 'Madcap Terror'. Thrash and Crossover fans will surely like this, and for once it is an entertaining listening, it seems they are quite popular among party Thrash fans, but to me, I kinda lost interest to listen to it again. The title of this compilation makes reference to their first album and to the TV series Baywatch... so there you go!
