CASKET / GRAVEYARD GHOUL
Feast Of The Fiends / In Search Of Blood
(Lycanthropic Chants)

Marco Brinkmann’s CASKET pulverized us with an old, old, old school Death Metal demo in 2017 with "Ghouls Of Filth", a rotting, crushing, putrid collection of four Death Metal anthems. Now, with a new split release with GRAVEYARD GHOUL, CASKET dish out one song, ‘Feast Of the Fiends’ , and it will rip your fucking face off. If you want Death Metal with no gimmicks, Death Metal that will annihilate everything in its path, then this is for you. The track pummels you immediately with thunderous drums and chaotic guitars, while Marco’s growls will scare the shit out of any trespassers wandering the grounds. I cannot stress enough how promising CASKET’s future looks. ‘Feast Of the Fiends’ is everything I look for in Death Metal… a grimy, stench-ridden swamp of a song. And then there’s GRAVEYARD GHOUL with ‘In Search Of Blood’, another blood-drenched, ear-piercing, bone-numbing track. The blistering guitars and trampling drumming, along with a brief bassline before leading into a breakdown of satisfying proportions, seals the deal on this split. From breakneck speeds to slowed down doom, GRAVEYARD GHOUL will dominate your life for approximately four minutes. Find this split. Savor it. Raise your horns to the Death Metal god of destruction. Throw your neck out banging your head to both bands. Rejoice in the fact that there are two more bands that will stomp on the faces of unbelievers.
