HUMANITY DELETE
HUMANITY DELETE
Werewolves In The Iron Sky
(Iron, Blood And Death Corporation)
32:08min

Mr Rogga Johansson has a huge career behind him. He has been part of a long list of great bands. A total Metal workaholic. HUMANITY DELETE is his one man project where he takes care of all instruments and vocals. And this third full length album showcases his abilities as a really good songwriter and multi-instrumentalist as well as a good vocalist. Maybe this last department is the one that needs a little more work in my humble opinion. His vocals don’t offer too much variation and as the albums goes by they become one dimensional. Instrument wise, everything is played with conviction and the performances are right on point. The production is thick. Rogga has perfected the sound of amazingly heavy yet articulated guitars and a surprisingly present bass. The drums are huge and sometimes it feels that they overpower the other instruments a bit. The mix is clear and balanced and the songs have enough variation to make the album flow nicely although this is heavy and dense Death Metal. You can’t deny the fact that this is (obviously) influenced by the NWOSDM, but Rogga has a very different approach to composing and song structuring which sets his style apart from the hundreds of clones out there. So, for all your heavy, mid paced and raw Death Metal needs, go get "Werewolves In The Iron Sky". The presence of Mr. Johansson has become a high quality guarantee when it comes to Metal in general and HUMANITY DELETE is another fine example of his creativity and dedication.
