THE UNQUIET GRAVE
THE UNQUIET GRAVE
Cosmic Dawn
(Caligari Records)
21:55min

THE UNQUIET GRAVE is a one man project by Micael Zetterberg (WARDENCLYFFE, AGGRESSIVE MUTILATOR), that he created in 2005 due to his failure finding other members. Musically "Cosmic Dawn" sets apart from what we usually hear from Sweden in the Doom Metal department. Confirmed by Micael himself, the sound is heavily influenced by the now regarded Italian Doom scene like PAUL CHAIN or BLACK HOLE for example. This 3 song tape (plus intro and outro) was released by Caligari Records to keep the nostalgic vibe. In the end, THE UNQUIET GRAVE may show some promise, especially since this material was recorded during the past several years according to Micael so definitely a needed improvement should be displayed.
