On their new MCD TRANSGRESSION once again show their qualities. That is: brutal old school Death / Grind with a strong scent of CANNIBAL CORPSE as a major influence. No big surprises on here as long as you don’t consider being truly good a big surprise for a German Death Metal band. No “kindergarten-riffs” on here, thank god. Instead, “Guilty Rotten Flesh” is pretty straight forward, usually quite fast with cool groovy parts every now and then and some sick solos. The title track is probably my favorite with its impressive force. No real fillers on here anyway. Definitely a more than solid recording worth being checked out and maybe a record company finally wakes up. I wouldn’t be surprised! www.transgression.de
