Wow, these guys are getting more brutal from release to release! I actually remember NILE weren’t really extreme Death Metal on the very first tapes that I got some years ago but they have been ever since developing a pretty strong following in the scene due to some massive live-shows and pretty original presentation concept. "Black Seeds Of Vengeance" is an everblasting output in 12 deadly chapters with some of the most obscurely twisted melodies you get these days of Death Metal, overall tight playing and as usual adorned by some moody orchestral intros with apocalyptic doom-passages. Songs like ‘Chapter For Transforming Into A Snake’, ‘Defiling The Gates Of Ishtar’ and the title-track are just insane brutality, still pretty catchy in songwriting and suitably raw in production. Furthermore, Wes Benscoter came up with yet another masterpiece of an artwork that should make "Black Seeds Of Vengeance" to an essential buy for everyone into the brutally dark side of things. See you on tour…
