The new line-up of ABBATH now consists of Abbath (vocals/ guitar), King (bass) and Creature (drums). The band will play its very first show next Saturday, when they will headline the Inferno stage at the Tuska Festival in Helsinki, Finland. ABBATH will premiere a brand new song entitled ‘Fenrir Hunts’ alongside classic IMMORTAL material including ‘One By One’, and a handful of songs from Abbath’ and King’s 2006 project I will also be performed live for the first time. Spanish Death Metallers AVULSED will release their new 5-song EP "Altar Of Disembowelment" on September 9, 2015 via Xtreem Music. The 10" vinyl version will be released at the same time by Greek label Screaming Victims Distro, limited to 500 copies, with 100 units in five different colours each (black, red, blue, clear and marble). The track ‘To Sacrifice And Devour’ is already streaming here. "Altar Of Disembowelment" was recorded in three diferent studios and mixed at Overhead Studios by Raúl Fournier "Furni" (ex – drummer of AVULSED) between 1994 – 2004 and later mastered at Unisound Studios by Dan Swanö. The EP marks the recording debut for new drummer Erik Raya and the cover artwork was created by Juanjo Castellano who already was responsible for the cover art for AVULSED’s "Ritual Zombi". Apart from 4 new AVULSED songs "Altar Of Disembowelment" also includes a cover of BLACK SABBATH’s ‘Neon Knight’ that originally was recorded in late 2010 for a DIO tribute album that ended up being a fiasco.
