French Death Metallers BENIGHTED have just finished recording their new full-length at Germany’s Kohlekeller Studio. According to the band it will be their "most brutal and sickest work of violence yet". The release is scheduled for early 2017 via Season Of Mist. As most of you will probably have heard already, former BOLT THROWER frontman Karl Willetts has officially confirmed in the meantime that the band has definitely split-up. In an interview with Metal Hammer magazine he said: “Yes, I can confirm that BOLT THROWER are definitely over for good. There will be no reunion tours etc… no compromise.” Willetts fronts the band MEMORIAM now. They are currently in the studio to record their debut full length for Nuclear Blast Records. New York City based technical Death Metallers CRATOR have just released their debut full length "The Ones Who Create: The Ones Who Destroy". It is now streaming in its entirety over here. The band features ORIGIN / ANGELCORPSE drummer John Longstreth and ORIGIN / SKINLESS vocalist Jason Keyser. The line-up gets completed by guitarist Jeff Leifer (TENTACLES, FOAMING AT THE MOUTH) and session bassist Colin Marston (GORGUTS, KRALLICE). "The Ones Who Create: The Ones Who Destroy" was recorded at The Thousand Caves in Queens, New York.
