Finnish Black Metallers BAPTISM will play a couple of shows in Europe in December. They will also appear at the Messe Des Morts VII Festival in Montreal, Canada on November 24, 2017 and the Maryland Deathfest in the US next May. In an official statement the band commented: "We are excited to hit the road again at the end of this year with "The Devil Fire" tour. We will return to many places where we have not been in many years. We are also very glad to come to Canada again to an amazing festival with a great line-up. This is your opportunity to see us in great shape, in a proper dark place in front of an excellent crowd and perfect atmosphere. Spanish Doom / Death Metallers ONIROPHAGUS are ready to enter Moontower Studios to record their sophomore album "Endarkenment (Illumination Through Putrefaction)". The following tracks will appear on it: ‘Book Of The Half Men’, ‘Dark River’, ‘Dystanasia’ and ‘Endarkenment Part I: Putrefaction, Part II: Nibbida, Part III: Illumination’. The cover artwork for will be created by Ars Moriendee (NEUROSIS, HARAKIRI FOR THE SKY, CONVERGE). The band has suffered some line-up changes during the last years and have incorporated a third guitarist. The current line-up features Shogoth (guitar, ERED / ESTERTOR), Paingrinder (vocals, ESTERTOR, ex – DECAPITATED CHRIST), Moregod (guitar, ex – SANCHO DE ÁVILA), Grindmad (bass, ex – MASSIVE WAR), Uretra (drums, ex – ENTROPIA) and Desecrator (guitar, DECAPITATED CHRIST / NECRORACLE). ‘The Waters Of Man’, a brand new song from Finnish Death Metal trio DESOLATE SHRINE, is already streaming at this location now. The track will appear on the band’s fourth album "Deliverance From The Godless Void", which will be released on November 10, 2017 via Dark Descent Records. You can additionally stream the album’s opening track ‘The Primordial One’ here. "Deliverance From The Godless Void" was recorded during 2016 and three of the seven songs are over eight minutes long.
