Swedish melodic Black Metallers ISTAPP will release their fourth full length "The Insidious Star" on April 26, 2019 via Trollzorn. The artwork was created by Pär Olofsson and the following tracks will appear on it: ‘Eternal Winter’, ‘Dit Solen Aldrig Nar’, ‘Natten Da Gud’, ‘Blundade (1888)’, ‘Snowball Earth’, ‘Muspelheim’, ‘The Alliance Of Cold’, ‘The Insidious Star’, ‘Vita Doeden’ and ‘Orrekulle’. The vinyl edition also features the additional bonus track ‘Maifrost’ (feat. vocals and lyrics by Alboin of EIS). The track ‘Natten Da Gud Blundade (1888)’ is already available for streaming here. Bismark, North Dakota based Black / Thrashers FROSTHELM will release their sophomore full-length "Pyrrhic" on March 23, 2019 on CD, limited edition deluxe vinyl, cassette and digitally via Revenger Records. The album was recorded at Makoche Studios in Bismarck, North Dakota in January 2018. It was produced by Alec Schneider and engineered by Graham Thomas. The cover art was designed by Raymond Swanland. The track ‘Pisslord’ can already be checked out here. The first single off the album, ‘The Sorceress’, was released in December 2018 and can still be streamed at this location. Puerto Rico Thrashers CALAMITY have just released a video for ‘Guerreros’, the second single off their upcoming, sophomore album "Kairos" which will be out in May 2019. You can watch it at this location. The band’s vocalist / guitarist Berny Santos commented on the song as follows: "We always wanted to sing in Spanish (our main language) and now with ‘Guerreros’ we found the right way to do it. This song means a lot to us cause it’s about the daily struggles we all face in Puerto Rico, our homeland."
