What originally started out as a column in the German Metal magazine Horror Infernal (1991 – 1993) finally ended up becoming a print zine on its own in 1993, with 10 issues released until 1997. After that we needed a three year break in which we released the first 4 issues of Snakepit zine, with a focus on traditional Metal. But already in mid 2000 we were hungry enough again to return to the more brutal types of Metal, so on December 04, 2000 our first online interviews popped up at the already defunct members.tripod.com/vftd domain.
