This Russian band was formed in 2015 and this is their debut EP. Their style is Black Metal that takes bits form many Black Metal styles. At times it sounds like those orthodox Black Metal bands like DEATHSPELL OMEGA or GLORIOR BELLI, then sometimes it has tiny bits of Black / Thrash in the SABBAT or BATHORY style, then some parts sound like early Black Metal DARKTHRONE. The recording is quite very good, everything sounds powerful and the execution is also very good. Towards the end of this EP the songs tend to sound faster and angrier with certain touches of MARDUK although more controlled in execution. A thing I find curious is that the cover art reminds me a lot of “Covenant” from the once mighty MORBID ANGEL. Although it is short, this one grows and has a lot of potential for newer material.
