Swedish DEMONICAL has uploaded their tribute to Deutschland – the track ‘Götter Des Nordens’ – at their MySpace site www.myspace.com/thedemonicalhorde. The track comes off DEMONICAL’s second full-length album, "Hellsworn", which has been released on CD and LP on May 15 through Cyclone Empire.

Swedish Death Metal masters EVOCATION have unleashed a new video for the track ‘Tomorrow Has No Sunrise’, taken from their critically acclaimed album "Dead Calm Chaos". The video was directed by René U Valdes (Hardcore Superstar, Avatar etc.) from www.greenworks.se and shot at Kvarnbyn in Gothenburg 14th of April. Chile’s PENTAGRAM were just named "band of the week" on the official DARKTHRONE MySpace page www.myspace.com/officialdarkthrone. Says Fenriz: "This one is for those who know, I grew up with their 7" from late 80s, and it’s one of the best Metal recordings I have. Both demos are equally good, rather fantastically great if you ask me." PENTAGRAM will reunite one last time in 2009 for a Chilean tour and several shows in Europe.

Finnish Thrash Metal band THE SCOURGER and its two founding members Jari Hurskainen and Seppo Tarvainen have decided to continue their musical careers apart. Vocalist Hurskainen will continue under the name of The Scourger by himself. All other ex-members Antti Wirman, Kimmo Kammonen, Jani Luttinen and Seppo Tarvainen will continue together. Their new projects will be announced at a later time. The Scourger has released two full length albums worldwide to date.
