“Coronation Of The Grotesque”, the sophomore full-length from all female US Death Metallers CASTRATOR, will be released via Dark Descent Records on August 15, 2025 on CD, vinyl LP, cassette tape and digital formats. It will feature the following tracks: ‘Fragments Of Defiance’, ‘I Am Eunuch’, ‘Covenant Of Deceit’, ‘Mortem Opeterie’, ‘Remnants Of Chaos’, ‘Deviant Miscreant’, ‘Psalm Of Beguiled’, ‘Blood Bind’s Curse’, ‘Discordant Rumination’ and ‘Metal Command’. A video for ‘Covenant Of Deciept’ can already be watched at this location. It was filmed by IMMOLATION’s Bob Vigna. “Coronation Of The Grotesque” was recorded at multiple studios with key figures in the US Death Metal scene. The bass recording was engineered by John Tardy (OBITUARY) at Redneck Studios, guitars and vocals by Jordan Milner at Obsidian Audio, additional guitars by Taylor Nordberg (DEICIDE) at Smoke and Mirrors Productions and drums by Noah Buchanan (NUNSLAUGHTER) at Mercinary Studios, where Buchanan also handled the mixing and mastering.
