EXHUMED are currently recording their seventh, as-yet-untitled, full-length at the band’s home-built studio Darker Corners. The follow-up to 2016’s "Death Revenge", which marks the debut of new guitarist Sebastian Phillips (NOISEM), is being produced by the band and Alejandro Corredor (BRUJERIA, NAUSEA). It will be mixed and mastered by Joel Grind (TOXIC HOLOCAUST) with a planned release via Relapse Records later this year. EXHUMED will kick off a Latin American tour with BEYOND CREATION on April 03, 2019 which will cover fourteen cities. The tour will end on April 21, 2019. A few days later, EXHUMED will return to the West Coast for the Face Melter Tour celebrating the release of their new hot sauce, Forged In Fire, created by Hella Hot Sauce. On June 14, 2019 Malta based Death Metallers BEHEADED will release their sixth album "Only Death Can Save You" via Agonia Records. It was recorded and mixed at Mk2 Recording Studio (run by the band’s drummer, Davide Billa) and mastered at Hertz Studio in Poland. The cover artwork was created by Daniel Corcuero (Nekronikon). The band issued the following comments on the recordings: "Having had a stable line-up since the release of our last offering "Beast Incarnate", also meant that we could work more as a unit this time around with all members giving a much stronger contribution to the song writing. This also includes our drummer Davide Billia who’s responsible for the recording process of the album and this was a key factor in nailing the sound, timbre and tone we wanted to give to this album". It was recorded at The Golden Castle in 2018 and the cover art was painted by drummer Rebecca Magar (Wailing Wizard Art). Every song on the album is represented in the album art. Bill Rhynes, guitarist of Power Metal / Thrashers REVEREND, has joined forces with singer Bobby "Leatherlungs" Lucas (MORBID SIN, SEVEN WITCHES, OVERLORDE, ATTACKER), drummer Joe Moore (D.T.A., BLOODFEAST) and bass player Allan Johnson (EXCITER) to work on re-recordings of some previously un-released demos for a future release. The "Neutron Hammer" 7" EP from Australia’s Death / Thrashers VOMITOR, originally released via Invictus Productions in March 2002, will be reissued by the label on regular black vinyl and limited clear vinyl on April 12, 2019. The original 7" had a number of visual defects that have been rectified this time (red labels being added whereas the original was white and a printed insert has also been included). The band’s debut full length from 2002, "Bleeding The Priest", will also be available again for the first time in a while on regular black vinyl, limited red vinyl and CD along with a "Prayers To Hell" reissue LP on black vinyl, limited white vinyl and for the first time on CD.
