CANNIBAL ACCIDENT
And The Friends Of Flesh
(self-financed)
15:15min

CANNIBAL ACCIDENT is just awesome entertainment and simply lotsa fun. Since the day one when CANNIBAL ACCIDENT was formed in 2007, they were tagged with a sort of label ‘don’t take us too seriously’, playing a mixture of the Swedish type of 90s down-tuned Death Metal and Grindcore, with some outrageously hilarious song titles and over the top imago. The butcher company CANNIBAL ACCIDENT made their grande entrance by their self-titled 20 track debut album in 2009, and its follow-up album "Omnivorous" in 2012, having also a couple of EPs and a couple of ‘not that official’ live DVDs released on their past roster. "And The Friends Of Flesh" is CANNIBAL ACCIDENT’s latest self-released 9 track organs-reeking blood budding, offering again a decent bucketful of all things twisted, filthy and perverse, with a couple of extra sliced vaginas and rectums as bonuses. Everything’s been done with a good bad taste in here, including the music itself that comes to our necks like a half dozen Leatherfaces in an utter rage. Especially the guitars’ tone earns a special mention on this EP: it’s about the same you can find from ENTOMBED’s debut "Left Hand Path"; it’s f**kin’ awesome really! With some used session vocalists from such groups as SOLOTHUS, ARSONIST LODGE and MALICIOUS DEATH, plus a cover of TORTURE KILLER’s ‘Motivated To Grill’, accompanied with CANNIBAL ACCIDENT’s somewhat familiar, lunatic butcher’s menu, it’s difficult not to like "And The Friends Of Flesh". This is just sick entertainment to the max. Gotta love it, suck it, dig it. But act fast because this table has 300 seats on offer only. You rather wanna eat this – and not to be eaten, right?
