DISARMONIA MUNDI
Fragments Of D-Generation
(Scarlet Records)
46:36min

Italy’s Scarlet Records is quite active these days in promoting local bands that play modern Thrash Metal similar to their Scandinavian colleagues. Disarmonia Mundi fit into that roster so here we go: these three Italians deliver the goods as flawless as their countrymen NODE or any other Scandinavian-styled Thrash band. Some singalong-parts are included as well as clear vocals here and there. The vocals on this record (their second, by the way) are handled by Bjorn Strid (Soilwork / Terror 2000) except for some lines thrown in by the bands former singer – just to inform you. Ugh, the vocoder parts are not exactly my fave element here. I guess this solid album is for those into stuff like SOILWORK and the likes… nice, but the worn out wimpy clear pop-style choruses go on my nerves… this is cheesy! www.disarmoniamundi.com
