This is beauty your mum really wouldn’t like to experience! These guys are from Magdeburg, Germany (far away from East Frisia, unbelievable…) attracted my attention at a powerful gig opening for THE AWAKENING, DAEMONS EMBRACE, OF TREES AND ORCHIDS and NAGELFAR (by the way: all those bands are worth checking out – take a look at their reviews) and they had quite a strong stage presence! (It was the first time I appreciated a band anouncing their songs with extreme vocals, though – this strange east german accent… – sorry, I had to mention this!) Anyway, HIDDEN’s main influence is EMPEROR and their rather long songs are definitely exciting enough to keep you "awake"! They’re not as evil and a bit more accessible (great orchestration!) These guys know what they’re doing! If they ever hit a stage in your area: don’t hesitate and go see ’em live because on stage they’re even stronger.
