MORBID SACRIFICE hail from Italy, but they could easily be a late ’80s Death Metal band from Brazil. This is the primitive Black / Death Metal sound that I absolutely love. Raw to the core, obeying no boundaries, meandering through the mortal gaze, MORBID SACRIFICE bulldoze through your senses and keep the flame of raw Black / Death alive. With an aura of pungent blasphemous stench, MORBID SACRIFICE plummet through the current crop of bands. Think early SEPULTURA meets early DEATH and they decide on creating an absolutely low sounding morbid esque Death Metal which should ideally result in the “Ceremonial Blood Worship” album. Relentless drumming that adds a strong spine to the band coupled with tireless riffing which is honestly a pleasure to listen to. The vocalist simply follows the laid down blueprint and does it so with perfection. All fans of Death and Black Metal should check this release out, MORBID SACRIFICE have put out an absolute heavy slab of Metal and managed to round it all up within 25 minutes.
