Without question this is the worst audio recording that I have ever had the misfortune of listening too and reviewing! The material garbled forth on this CD makes anything by HELLHAMMER, BEHERIT or BURZUM seem professionally made! It’s so bad that if you were to ask any of the floor monkeys at your local music store who worked in the audio department what they thought, $ 5.00 dollars says they’d agree that the hapless unfortunate who sat behind these knobs must of splurged his weekly paycheck on a Fostex 4 track and really had no fucking clue what he was doing let alone the sense enough to go back to said music store and ask someone who might! This is hideous. I have heard better cassette demos from depths of the South American jungles with more punch and definite audio cohesion than this promo. For anyone of those of you still reading this review, and who are interested in what this band’s style is? I would hazard to reckon, 13 WINTERS is something along the lines of a fourth rate Gothic Doom / Death Metal band that absolutely eats shit.
