BESTIAL WARFARE is a Black / Death Metal band from Marburg, Germany. “Desecrating Goat Assault”, their latest EP, is their second release post their demo in 2018. This is quality War Metal, the band’s overall raw sound coupled with the mystic atmosphere is a winning combination here. The atmosphere the band has created on this EP is simply unforgiving, the riffs are fast, heavy and run right through the depths of heaviness. The drumming is just relentless, completely bound and determined. I suppose the drumming quotient in the whole genre has gone up a couple of notches in the recent past. The drummers seem to be completely holding the backend with much more aggression and spirit which is a fantastic treat. BESTIAL WARFARE is unapologetically aggressive, eerily atmospheric and remorseless in their entire approach. I actually wish this EP had a couple of more songs. If you’re on the fence, I’ll make it easy for you, just go ahead and listen to them. The band has done a good job on this EP and I’m looking forward to their next release. Recommended!
