Anybody here who loves Teutonic Thrash Metal in the good ol’ DESTRUCTION, early KREATOR vein? If yes, then mark down this band on your "to-buy" list! With Swedish act CELESTIAL PAIN Iron Fist have discovered a true pearl of German-style Thrash Metal, that is razor-sharp sounding, musically a hellish crossfire of total destruction. Though this LP sounds like the 80s the material featured here were two excellently produced demos now defunct CELESTIAL PAIN recorded in 1994 and 1995. Fast tempos are predominant, the songs have some cool hooks and due to the high amount of aggression and sheer viciousness a raw impact and uncompromising force usually Black / Thrash bands like GOSPEL OF THE HORNS, DESASTER have to offer. The layout of the LP might be a little unspectacular, but the cover is cool in its simplicity and a lyric sheet is included as well, so no complaints.
