Yes, it is Death Metal, but I would say a more modern one. It’s well played and all members know what they are doing with their instruments, also the vocalist has a very variable voice (between deep growls and more screaming parts). Also the production is clear and powerful. Blast parts take turns with nice headbanging parts. Sometimes they try to be a little bit too technical and that isn’t the best for the songs because these parts don’t really fit to the rest of the material. Also the guitarists like the squeak tones and effects on their instrument too much, so it gets on my nerves.
