HEOL TELWEN

This is a joke, and I am afraid I am not in the right mood to fully taste it. Life is too short, and I have other things to do to dedicate more than a few lines reviewing this crap. Usually I try hard to salvage something of interest in an otherwise bad offering, but I am tired to do this, enough is enough. HEOL TELWEN claim a Celtic heritage (from Brittany to be precise), so this bunch of French dudes thought it would be clever to placate some traditional instruments (like Britton bagpipes and Irish whistles) to their pitiful brand of Black Metal. The first track is nothing else than an acoustic and ludicrous one that has nothing to do with Metal. I even imagined some drunkards dancing on a table listening to this. The rest is not better, believe me. As a matter of fact, "Heol Telwen" is supposed to mean "Dark Sun" in Britton language, so may this band forever shine in obscurity! Appalling… Investigate by yourselves on www.heoltelwen.fr.st just in case you have time to waste.
