Wow! I already love INTO ETERNITY’s first two albums, “Into Eternity” (2000) and “Dead Or Dreaming” (2001), for outstanding musical performance but their new release simply blows me away! These five Canadians mix elements of all Metal varieties, Progressive, Power, Thrash, Death and Black Metal and create a unique sound. Since their previous albums they have made a huge leap forward in every way, on one hand they are harder, faster and more aggressive than before and even use occasional blastbeats, on the other they are even more melodic and experimental. An remarkable feature of INTO ETERNITY is the vocal performance of all five members. The range of vocal styles is as widespread as the musical elements, melodic Power Metal vocals meet harsh Death Metal growls and screams. This whole description might sound abstruse but it is a huge quality of INTO ETERNITY to write dynamic and catchy songs and at the same time involve lots of details, which motivate to listen to the material over and over again. I see that it is hard to bring across what brilliant piece of music this is, so I strongly recommend you to listen to INTO ETERNITY, no matter what genre of Metal you prefer, because they deserve to be heard. As they have a really unique style and huge potential, I think that there are more great efforts to expect from this band in the future. Band website: www.intoeternity.com.
