Another suprisingly good release by Incursion Music from Bangladesh. The history of MIRRORBLAZE goes back into the year 2006 but the complete and full line-up wasn’t established before 2009. Like their label mates THRASH this horde also plays a solid alloy of US and Teutonic inspired Thrash Metal performed in their own way. The Dhaka based trio offers us seven fast paced traditonal old school Thrashers with some good tempo changes, good structures and rhythms. They really don’t need to be afraid of international competition as their debut is a solid work of steel which offers the same musical quality like we used to know from hordes from other parts of the world. It really makes a lot of fun to listen to tracks like ‘Land Of Tyranny’, ‘Warhound’ or ‘Killing Spree’. The production has a very good underground quality. It sounds quite natural and breathes – it’s not that typical overproduced and clinical sound without a soul. I prefer this one much more. So if you enjoy pure and honest underground Thrash Metal or being interested in world Metal in general then you should support such bands like MIRRORBLAZE (and their label mates THRASH).
