This is the first time that I listen to this band and I couldn’t find any information on them other than their Visceral Circuitry Records label. But PEASANT GOD’s music is very heavy with guttural vocals. It’s kind of Sludge-ish. I think this is the type of music that a serial killer would listen to when he’s doing his business. I don’t know if the drummer is a human or a machine. But it has some double bass drums at some points that doesn’t seem humanly possible. I don’t know if this a full release or an EP since it’s just four songs and two kind of preludes in between them. I can easily believe that this album can be a soundtrack for a slasher film. It is that aggressive and menacing. Jeffrey Dahmer would love this band. This is unlike anything that I ever heard before in my life. If you’re into Sludge Metal you would probably love this.
