I don’t want to sound insulting, but for German RADEMASSAKER’s version of primitive Death Metal I can’t find other words than ear-tormenting, annoying and utterly crappy noise!!! "Skull’s Corner" consists of three songs plus an intro and sounds if someone would make fun of Death Metal, what RADEMASSAKER definitely don’t do. On the band’s really well-done and informative website www.rademassaker.de (no joke!) one can read that even MORTICIAN’s Will Rahmer shows interest in this band and Jan Rademaker – the sole composer and musician behind RADEMASSAKER – seems to be an extremely active person within the underground scene, but his music is either something for total freaks or the thrashcan! To me the old demos of MASSACRE, DEATH and newer acts like NUNSLAUGHTER are "primitive Death Metal" and they are all great, but RADEMASSAKER are far from the quality and morbid intensity of these acts.
