I’m perhaps not the best person to review this CD as I’m definitely no expert in Crustcore, but I’m a big fan of WOLFPACK / WOLFBRIGADE (R.I.P. – unfortunately!!) and the older releases of SKITSYSTEM, especially their great "Grâ Värld / Svarta Tankar" CD, and this made me really looking forward to put their new recording in my CD-player when I received this promo CD. So what can I say? I’m not sure if this CD is better than the above mentioned album, but we are talking about a great Crustcore album, full of brutality, great riffs and songs that just go straight in your face. Besides that I definitely want to lose some words about their lyrics as they deal with sexual abuse, pollution, the government and, among others, the medial overkill of the current times. More than worth to read!! I think it’s always impressive to see how many different types of musical quality and musical brutality Sweden is offering to us. Please take also a look on their great homepage www.skitsystem.net with a huge bunch of mp3s of all their former releases and support their hardcore attitude! I think they are not here for earning money but to deliver a message to us! Support ’em and let them blow away your ears!!
