Destroying Something Beautiful

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust, a well known formula delivering the final blow to all human beings (as long as there are Christians!) and TRANCELIKE VOID are presenting with “Destroying Something Beautiful” the perfect soundtrack to our final destination. The band is calling their style Depressive Black Metal and making music in line with bands like SHINING currently seems a highly requested style. But in difference to bands like the just mentioned SHINING which are trying to give the human feelings like sorrow & suicide a musical impression TRANCELIKE VOID seems to be interesting in silence & solitude. This, coming back to their music, makes their 3 songs plus 4 musical interludes a matter of concentrating listening and especially the 4 musical counterparts are also offering pathways to the newer generation of ULVERest art. Think that due to the nature of this harsh, complex music the identification of musical basic parts are often very difficult (see reviews of a wild bunch of STRIBORG re-releases) but this album is giving (more) easily access to the dark world behind the mirror of the bands suicidal souls. If your musical collection is lacking of a proper Dark Metal (definition Anno 1995) or Suicide Black Metal (definition Anno 2000) release, think that TRANCELIKE VOID could be a perfect starting point to Hades shores. www.detenebrarumprincipio.eu
