Established just in 2010, Tokyo based five piece outfit VORCHAOS sounds already quite mature on their debut album "Vortex Of Chaos". The formation blends a lot of various elements and styles, ranging from tradtional Metal, Thrash or Metalcore, together to create their own unique brand of modern Death-Thrashing art (with a Metalcore / Loud music touch). The disc contains fifteen slaps (incl. some intros / interludes) of hard hitting, heavy, fast but melodic outbursts. Without any doubt their crunchy riffs combined with marvellous thunderous drum work unleashes a lot of rampant power. High energetic I would say. Their songs skillfully express and carry different kinds of feelings and moods like it would be the easiest thing in the world due to the fantastic playing abilities of each musician. These lads are masters of their trade, that’s quite sure. Singer Jun handles a lot of different vocal styles rather solid and with perfection – so no need to hide behind his metallic companions. The production of "Vortex From Chaos" is absolute top notch and leaves nothing to be desired. I would say it meets high international standards. So in case you like to delve into the realm of Asian Metal with aggressive yet catchy tunes like ‘Catastrophe’, ‘Chaos Core’ or ‘Monster’ then you should check this excellent horde out and give them try. Great album. For more infos visit the band’s website at www.vorchaos.com.
