WIRED ANXIETY
The Delirium Of Negation
(Transcending Obscurity)
16:38min

Death Metal from India is coming into its own these days. And WIRED ANXIETY is proof of this. With no full-lengths under their belt, their second EP burns with a fury of a thousand jackals. From opening riffs traveling the speed of sound, ‘Test Subject Human’ blasts into our ears with sudden clarity. This band doesn’t play around with intros or easing their way into our heads. ‘Heavily Sedated’ starts off with a slowed down guitar, yet heavy, before bursting through the seams with a Death Metal track to sink your bloodied teeth into. The third track ‘Severe Comorbidity’ doesn’t let up. The direction for WIRED ANXIETY is forward, without skipping a beat. And the final track on this 16 minute EP, ‘Focus 22’ punches an iron fist through your ribcage. It’s always a welcome sign when up and coming bands don’t fiddle with things… when they realize what listeners want to hear… when they keep focused with shredding our eardrums into melting pools of Metal mayhem. Yeah, that didn’t make any sense. But hopefully I got my point across. Give WIRED ANXIETY a listen. They won’t let you down.
