On January 25, 2013 Dark Descent Records, in co-operation with Woodcut Records, will release the debut full-length from Finnish Death Metallers VORUM. Dark Descent will put out a jewel case edition in North America, while Woodcut Records will take care of the rest of the world with digipak and gatefold vinyl editions. NECROS CHRISTOS have found a new drummer in Iban Hernandez. Unfortunately though longtime member, friend, bass player and visual master Mister Shepherd will quit his musical activities in NECROS CHRISTOS to focus on his own band DROWNED. Due to this, NECROS CHRISTOS are now looking for a new bass player or alternatively, just in case somebody suitable can be found, a new second rhythm and lead guitarist taking over Mors Dalos Ra’s part who in turn could take over bass duties. The album marks the return of drummer Dave Culross, who played with the band previously on their "Despise The Sun" EP. "Pinnacle Of Bedlam" was produced by the band and tracked at Full Force Studios in New York by Joe Cincotta. The mixing and mastering was handled producer / engineer Zeuss (HATEBREED, ARSIS, SUICIDE SILENCE) and the cover artwork was created by Raymond Swanland (DEEDS OF FLESH, PSYCROPTIC). Brazil’s HEADHUNTER D.C. will play next year’s edition of SWR Barroselas Metal Fest (www.swr-fest.com), which will take place on April 24 – 27, 2013, in Barroselas, Portugal. Other already confirmed acts are (among others) POSSESSED, PENTAGRAM, ONSLAUGHT, CRYPTOPSY, BELPHEGOR, MANILLA ROAD, DECREPIT BIRTH, ZOMBIEFICATION, NATRON and CATTLE DECAPITATION.
