Off they charge… as quick as a flash, with hyper-speed, pacing out all the others. DEATHCHAIN play speedy Death / Thrash that really sounds tight as a witch’s cleft. The feeling of this recording is dynamic as an anthill, fierce as a lunatic skunk running through a higher middle-class American suburb spreading its peasant odours. Got me? This production sounds very professional, very natural, brutal and original. There are loads of haunting Thrash riffs speeding through the compositions, high-speed blast beats and our beloved Thrash beats that seem to be pulse of the universe for some Metalheads. The guitarists do a really good job. The soloing is fab – chaotic, fast and cacophonic. Everything sounds cool here. The singer (a guy called Rotten, ha!) yells out his tormented soul. Another thing that sounds really awesome here are the toms of the drum kit – really old-school and aggressive. Great. I have no favourite tracks here really. Just check the whole CD ’cause it’s got a consistent fun-factor. This is the soundtrack for every decent and proper, filthy Thrash party in the mire! Definitely not innovative, but really good fun!
