Sabina’s world! Party time! Excellent! HOLY MOSES’ first full length album after the reunion turned out to be enjoyable indeed. Of course it’s Thrash the MOSES style: not too brilliant but extremely catchy with those unique vocals. Not too many of their old fans should be disappointed, except for the guys who keep on glorifying the past no matter what. For the younger ones among you who just start to discover Thrash Metal: HOLY MOSES is definitely worth checking out (after getting the new KREATOR, DEW-SCENTED, DESTRUCTION and SODOM). Some cool melodies on this album (title track) as well as a song I don’t understand: there is a track called ‘Verfolgungswahn’ that just sounds stupid in my ears, especially the chorus. Don’t know if I’d buy the CD but I’m glad I have it. In case you have the chance: check them out at their release party at the Headbanger’s Open Air near Hamburg on the 21st & 22nd of June 2002.
