Stench Of The Unholy Graves

We all know here in the Metal world, it is hard to be different or groundbreaking. In the scene today we can all draw conclusions when we listen to a band. Take for instance INFAMOVS hailing from Chile and their latest release “Stench Of The Unholy Graves”. First thoughts are DEICIDE and on that same note Glen Benton era VITAL REMAINS and also a whole lot of INCANTATION. Not only the songs themselves, but taking a look at the song titles, it further cements what to expect on this album. All in all not a bad release. Like I’ve said in many of my reviews here, if you go in knowing what to expect, you won’t be disappointed. The production is warm and conducive to the sound. It does convey an atmosphere and I feel it lends itself to more than old school sound and not overly modern. Also a plus on my part is the short runtime. So what you hear won’t bore you to any extent. Give them a go, you will find yourself entertained.
